You were not made to just survive.
You were made to be whole.
If you are a Christian who feels stuck in overdrive, disconnected from yourself, or wondering why peace feels so out of reach even in your faith, you are not without hope.
Your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do. And it can learn something new.
Hello, I'm Megan
I’m a CPD/CE accredited somatic trauma-informed coach who helps Christian men and women regulate their nervous systems, process what they have carried, and move toward a steadier, more grounded life with God.
My work is rooted in the beauty of how God designed our bodies and the healing truth of His Word.
He restores my soul
Psalm 23:3

Why I Do This
I didn’t always understand what was happening in my own body, even when I was trying to follow God.
There was a season that brought me to the end of myself, and Jesus was with me in it. As I began to heal, I realized my body was still responding as if danger were present, even when it wasn’t.
That led me to the nervous system and I began to see how closely it reflects the way God designed us to live and experience Him. My body wasn’t working against me.
It had been protecting me.
That shift changed the way I understood both healing and God.
It grew in me a desire to help others experience Him more
fully, not by overriding what they feel, but by learning what
their body has been holding.
